Questions
How long should my hair be before sugaring?
The ideal hair length is around 5–7 mm. If you’ve been shaving, it’s best to wait around 2 weeks before your appointment.
Does sugaring hurt?
Some mild discomfort is normal, especially during your first treatment. With regular sugaring, the process usually becomes much more comfortable.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry skin. Avoid applying creams, oils, or lotions to the area on the day of your appointment.
What should I avoid after sugaring?
For the first 24–48 hours, avoid saunas, swimming pools, hot baths, intense workouts, and tight clothing.
Can I get sugaring during my period?
Yes. For bikini or Hollywood treatments, a tampon or menstrual cup is recommended for your comfort and hygiene.
How long will my skin stay smooth?
Results typically last around 3–4 weeks, depending on your individual hair growth.
Can I shave between sugaring appointments?
You can, but for the best results, it’s recommended to stick to regular sugaring appointments.
How often should I book a sugaring appointment?
Most clients book every 3–4 weeks, depending on their individual hair growth.
Can I have several areas treated during one appointment?
Absolutely! You can combine several areas during the same appointment. Just let me know which areas you’d like to have done when booking.
I’m new to sugaring and feel a little nervous.
